99 xo (hereinafter "the Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 99 xo.

99 xo is a strictly adults-only platform. The following eligibility requirements must be met to use our services:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the original stake will be refunded.
• If odds change in Sports Betting, the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• Match fixing or participation in any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Betting via software or automated systems is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set individually for each game or event.

99 xo reserves the right to cancel any bet that is considered invalid or suspicious. In such cases, the original stake amount will be refunded.

At 99 xo, all game outcomes are fair and determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). This RNG system is regularly audited by independent third parties.

The following activities are prohibited and will result in account termination:

• No hacking, cheating, or software manipulation.
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Any attempt to predetermine the outcome of a game.
• Colluding with other members to defraud the platform.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance (provided bonus conditions have been met) will be refunded upon account closure.

99 xo strives to deliver the best service at all times. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses arising from technical errors or server downtime.
• Transactions delayed due to third-party payment providers.
• Issues with the member's own device or internet connection.
• Losses resulting from a member sharing their account credentials with others.
• Force majeure events – natural disasters, war, government restrictions, and similar circumstances.

Our total liability shall in no event exceed the total value of the member's transaction(s) in question.

99 xo reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of changes, we will take the following steps:

• Members will be notified by email at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
• You will be notified via a popup notification upon logging in to the platform.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms and Conditions take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may request that your account be closed.
